Before real estate — a builder’s mindset

Real estate isn’t Tom’s first venture. Over the years he started and sold several businesses, and for a decade he served as a partner and managing director of Drive5 Sports Center, an 85,000-square-foot youth sports facility in the Overland Park area. That background — building something, running the day-to-day, and seeing deals through from start to finish — shapes how he works with clients today: organized, attentive to the details, and steady through negotiation and closing.

He has also spent years coaching basketball — at the high school level and with youth teams that competed nationally — often after hours, simply out of a love for the game and the people he worked with. It is the same patient, follow-through approach he brings to helping you buy or sell a home.
